WSET® Level 2 Award in Wines
A theory course held over 4 days delivering an introduction to the world of wines and the WSET systematic approach to Wine Tasting®. The exam will take place at the end of the final day. This course is designed for those with a keen interest in wine and other beverages, who wish to gain employment in drinks-related industries.
How to taste wine
The key grape varieties of the world; Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, Grenache.

Students are invited to sit the multiple-choice WSET® examination in person at the end of the course.
Entry requirements are students' minimum age of 18.
Equipment required:
- Note pad and pen
- Photographic identification for the exam
