Production Note

Each year our students harvest grapes from our Rock Lodge vineyard in Scaynes Hill, one of the oldest vineyards in the UK. The different varieties are destemmed and crushed, and macerated on the skins for 8-10 hours to give our wine its attractive pink hue and lend structure to its fresh fruit character. The varieties were co-fermented in stainless steel tanks and bottled to retain its vibrant aromatics.

Tasting Note

A bright, well-balanced rose with uplifting aromas of strawberries, peach and gooseberry. It is perfect on its own, or with seafood and salad dishes.

Grape Varieties: Reichensteiner (41%), Pinot Meunier (25%), Pinot Noir (22%), Rondo (6%), and small amounts of Regent, Triomphe D'Alsace and Piwis
