Brief bio: This field trip forms part of the T Level Year 2 Animal Management with Science beginning-of-year excursion opportunities. During the visit, you will take part in a two-hour guided walk of the estate, exploring the conservation management practices that have shaped its internationally recognised rewilding project since the early 2000s. The visit will provide valuable insight into the principles of rewilding, habitat restoration and species reintroductions, with opportunities to see how animals such as beavers have helped transform the landscape and create habitats for a wide range of wildlife.

This option includes transport to and from the site in a College vehicle. There are only 15 College transport spaces available and these will be allocated to students purchasing this option.
