External Assessment (Exam and Controlled Assessments) Fees – Important Information

• First attempt:
  The first attempt of each external assessment is included in the learner’s registration fee. There is no extra charge.
• If a learner does not attend their exam/controlled assessment:
  If a learner misses an exam without an authorised reason, the college cannot cover the cost of re-entry. To be entered again, the learner will need to pay a deposit. This deposit will be refunded if the learner attends the rescheduled exam.
• If a learner attempts the exam/controlled assessment but is awarded a U grade:
  The college will cover the cost of one retake.
• If a learner passes the exam/controlled assessment but chooses to resit to improve their grade (elective retake):
  The registration fee must be paid in full by the learner, in advance, so that the college can register them for the retake.

PLEASE NOTE THAT FOR T LEVEL EXAMS, BOTH PAPERS MUST ALWAYS BE ATTEMPTED AT THE SAME SITTING.  YOUR PAYMENT COVERS THE COST OF PAPER 1 (25/11) + PAPER 2 (03/12).
