Weekend Equine Routine Duties

Checking in and out happens at the student services desk within the main common room.
Check in is from 4:30pm on Friday, dinner is included if you arrive before 6:00pm. Check out is before 9:00am on Monday, breakfast is the only meal included on check out day. If you do not return your key card before 9:00am you may be charged for an additional nights stay. 
You must show your receipt of payment during check in.
You should bring with you all bedding, (pillows, duvet/ sleeping bag) towels, toiletries and clothes you need for your stay as these are not included. 
If you are under 18 on arrival you will need to register everyday at tea and toast between 9pm-9:30pm. 
If you need to leave site you must also report to the student services who will contact home for permission each time. Do not leave site without speaking with the student services officer on duty.

Students will be placed in single bedrooms with shared bathroom facilities. 

Parents/guardians could be asked at any time to collect students should they fail to adhere to the terms and conditions of accommodation or if they are unwell and/or require medical attention.
