Production Details
Crafted from 100% Bacchus grapes grown at Plumpton's Rock Lodge Vineyard in Scaynes Hill. The grapes are gently pressed and fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel vats to preserve their aromatic qualities. After a brief aging period in tank, the wine is bottled and left to mature, ensuring a well-integrated flavor profile.
